Dee Mayer – President



Dee Mayer is President of The Mayer Group, Inc. 

Her background and expertise is in business management with a focus on financial and project management.

During a twenty year corporate career with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and AT&T, Dee held a variety of accounting, financial management and human resource management positions. She has directed the forecasting and tracking of a $40 million expense budget for a large, multi-state organization. She also designed and implemented a comprehensive financial management system of budgeting, invoicing and auditing for an Information Systems organization.

In addition to her financial management experience, Dee directed a project team through the successful design, development, marketing, training and delivery stages of a new software service for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. She also directed fund raising and community service activities for an organization of more than 9800 active and retired telephone company employees throughout the state of Missouri.

Dee left Southwestern Bell Telephone in 1994 to establish The Mayer Group, Inc. She currently directs the business and financial management for The Mayer Group and manages the Profiles to Partners candidate screening service for our clients. Dee served on the Board of Directors, as an Ambassador and on the Convention and Visitors Bureau for the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce, as well as being a member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, Leawood Chamber of Commerce, and American Business Women's Association.

Dee has also been inducted into the Lenexa Volunteer Hall of Fame for her community service efforts.
